Premium: €1.99/month (cancellable monthly) or €19.99/year.
Payment via PayPal. Price changes only affect new contracts.

5. Registration and account management

5.1 Eligibility

Use of LottoAnalyzer is only permitted for natural persons who are 18 years of age or older.

5.2 Email verification and account deletion

After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. Your account must be verified within 7 days by clicking the confirmation link contained therein.

If the account is not verified within this period, it will be automatically and permanently deleted. Re-registration with the same email address is possible at any time thereafter.

5.3 Cancellation of Premium subscription

Premium subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time in your account settings. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.

5.4 Account security

You are obliged to keep your login credentials confidential and not to share them with third parties. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, we are only liable in cases of breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). We strive for high availability of services but cannot guarantee this.

9. Right of withdrawal

9.1 General right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email: info@lottoanalyzer.de.

9.2 Expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires early pursuant to § 312g para. 2 no. 13 BGB if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.

For Premium subscriptions, performance begins immediately upon conclusion of the contract with the activation of Premium features. By actively requesting immediate performance and using the Premium features, you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract.

If you have not yet used the Premium features, the right of withdrawal remains valid for the remaining 14-day period. In this case, please contact info@lottoanalyzer.de.

10. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Changes will be communicated to users by email. If the user does not object within 4 weeks, the amended Terms and Conditions shall be deemed accepted.

11. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted by law, Bitterfeld-Wolfen. Should individual provisions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
