⏰ Overdue Number Analysis: Which of Your Numbers Are "Overdue"?

How the Premium feature works — and what "overdue" really means

Unlike the global Hot & Cold Numbers, the overdue number analysis at LottoAnalyzer revolves around your personally saved favorite numbers. It's part of the Premium "Number Radar" feature and answers a very concrete question: which of your numbers haven't been drawn for a while?

⏰ What does "overdue" technically mean?

For every one of your saved favorite numbers, LottoAnalyzer calculates how many draws have passed since that number last appeared — the so-called draws_since_last. The higher this value, the longer the number has gone without being drawn.

📊 What the display looks like

17 23 draws overdue
42 18 draws overdue

If none of your favorite numbers is currently notably overdue, the system instead shows: "No overdue numbers 👍"

🔍 The special part: it's PERSONAL

💡 Key difference from the global Hot/Cold Numbers:

Overdue analysis applies exclusively to the numbers you yourself have saved as favorites — not to every possible number in the system. The Number Radar is therefore a personal dashboard, not a generic statistics report.

⚙️ Adjustable analysis window

Lookback (default)50 draws
Minimum adjustable10 draws
Maximum adjustable200 draws
Single-number detailAnalysable up to 500 draws back

You can set how far back the analysis looks — handy for short-term trends (10-50 draws) or longer-term patterns (up to 200 draws).

⚠️ What "overdue" does NOT mean

The crucial point:

A number that hasn't been drawn for a while is not more likely to appear next time in a genuine random draw. Every draw is statistically independent of all previous ones — the concept of "overdue" merely describes an observed time gap, not an increased future probability. Falling for the "it has to come up soon" fallacy is the classic gambler's fallacy.

✅ The honest value:

Overdue analysis is an interesting observation tool for your own numbers — it satisfies curiosity and gives you something to talk about, but it doesn't replace a mathematical winning strategy.

📋 Summary: Overdue analysis in 4 points

  1. "Overdue" = number of draws since your favorite number last appeared
  2. Personalized: applies only to your saved numbers, not all of them
  3. Adjustable time window: 10-200 draws lookback, detail up to 500
  4. Not a prediction tool: doesn't increase the probability for the next draw
