Do I keep earning while the app is closed?
Yes. Businesses with a manager keep earning offline, up to 3 hours at first – longer with private items and recipes.

How do I get rid of the ads?
With “Ad-free” under Empire → Achievements → Settings. Banners and full-screen ads disappear for good; optional bonus videos remain.

New phone – is “Ad-free” gone?
No. Tap “Restore purchases” there and sign in with the same Google or Apple account.

Is my progress transferred?
Your progress is stored on your device only. It is transferred if you set up your new device from a Google or iCloud backup.

How do I change the language?
Under Empire → Achievements → Settings → Language.
