2. Overview
Imbiss Imperium is a building game. No account is required. We do not run any servers for the app and do not receive any personal data from you. Data is only processed in the cases below.
3. Data stored on your device
Your game progress, your language choice and whether you bought “Ad-free” are stored only on your device and are not sent to us. If device backup is enabled, this data may be part of your Google or iCloud backup. You can delete it by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
4. In-app purchase “Ad-free”
The purchase is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We do not receive any payment data, only the information that the purchase was made so the app can unlock it. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). The privacy policies of Google and Apple apply.
5. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app shows ads from Google AdMob (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland): a banner, occasional full-screen ads and optional rewarded videos. After buying “Ad-free”, banners and full-screen ads are removed.
The following may be processed: advertising ID (on iOS only with your permission), IP address, device and app information, approximate location based on the IP address and interactions with ads – to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and, only with consent, show personalised ads.
Consent: On first launch the app asks for your consent using Google’s consent solution (IAB TCF) (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without consent, only non-personalised ads are shown where permitted. You can change your choice at any time via the privacy icon in the app.
iOS: The app also asks via App Tracking Transparency whether the IDFA may be used; you can change this under Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Google may transfer data to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: How Google uses data from apps.
6. Children
The app is not directed at children under 16.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) and to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR). As we do not store any personal data ourselves, please also contact Google directly for data held by Google. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
